摘要
案例教学法被广泛用于高职院校的教学中。为了提高教学质量,通过总结"软饮料工艺学"课程教学中存在的问题,并以食品质量与安全专业为例,探讨实施案例教学法的意义、案例课时比例、案例教学形式,激发学生参与课程学习积极性的机制,以探讨适合与该课程教学、有效提高教学质量和学生学习兴趣的案例教学法。教学实践证明,"软饮料工艺学"课程采用案例教学法有效提高了学生的创新能力和分析、解决问题的能力,取得了良好的教学效果。
Problem based learning method is being widely used in the many courses for under- graduated and graduated students. In order to improve the quality of teaching,this report summarizes current situation and problems existing in the Soft Drink Process. The significance of application and the teaching time of case teaching,the ways of case teaching methods and incentive systems have been discussed to stimulate the participating enthusiasm of students during the course. The use of case teaching in the Soft Drink Process can improve students' ability of innovation,problem analyzing and solving skills. In these ways,the better teaching effects are achieved.
