在“食源性疾病流行学”教学中的几点思考

摘要 当前我国食品消费的观念已逐渐从注重温饱向注重品质转变,随之而来的食源性疾病与食品污染也成为人们关注的焦点。因此,许多高校食品专业开设"食源性疾病流行学"课程,旨在培养高素质、技能丰富的专业学生,为食品质量与安全的预防和监管提供保障。同时,根据"食源性疾病流行学"的课程特点,从教学内容与教学方法上提出一些建议。 At present,the food consumption of people have gradually shifted from sufficient condition to quality,and the food borne diseases and food pollution have become the focus of attention. The course of Food Borne Diseases Epidemiology is offered in food science specialty of many colleges,and the aim is to cultivate high quality and skilled professional students,so as to provide protection and supervision of food quality and safety. According to the characteristics of the course of Food Borne Diseases Epidemiology,this paper makes some suggestios about teaching content and method.
