从职业教育现状出发,探究职业教育目前存在的问题,依据我国职业学校发展的现状,在职业院校探索校企合作实施校企双元育人和学生双重身份为基本特征的现代学徒制人才培养模式项目改革。同时,以作者单位为试点,对进行学徒制人才培养模式改革的创新点和可行性分析进行了阐述。
