摘要
新入职的语文教师之路该如何行走。通过对刚入职教师的访谈,从新入职教师自身成长的经历和对一些成功语文教师、教育家的研究分析,来诠释如何做一名合格的语文教师。
For new teachers how to walk is important. Through the communication with newly hired teacher interviews, from the and the new teacher＇s own development experience and the analysis of some successful Chinese teacher and educator we put forward suggestions on how to prepare to be a qualified Chinese teacher.
