Objective: To make a study on the returns from doctor education investment and provide a base for doctor salary decision. Conclusion: The investment for doctor education plays a positive role in increasing income. However, with the increased education level, the growing rate of education return decreases so scientific salary mechanism should be made to increase education investment return rate of the doctors.
