Analysis on Measures for Reducing Drug Proportion in a Third-grade Hospital Specializing in Tumors

以创建三级甲等肿瘤专科医院为平台,通过建立并完善医院各项规章制度及活动方案,依托信息化系统,降低药占比,减轻病员经济负担。通过对2014年7月至10月及2015年7月至10月各科室药占比数据进行对比分析,找出药占比控制难的主要原因,进一步加强管理,使药占比控制在合理范围之内。

To establish and improve all rules and regulations, and programmes for activities by taking the third-grade tumor hospital as the platform, reduce drug proportion and alleviate patients＇ economic burden with informatization system, the authors make a compared analysis on drug proportion data in all departments from July-October, 2014 and July-October, 2015,find out the main reasons for the difficulty in controlling drug proportion and further propose strengthened management for rational control of drug proportion.
