Discussion of Quantitatively Calculating the Time of NSS Test Conducted on Q235 Steel Treated by Multi-Component Gas Permeation Processes

摘要 建立电化学试验与盐雾腐蚀间的定量关系,通过简便方法定量评价盐雾试验时间,对多元共渗技术防腐蚀效果的快速评价具有重要意义,目前相关研究不多。对Q235钢气体多元共渗样品进行了电化学试验与中性盐雾腐蚀试验,建立了电化学测定参数与中性盐雾腐蚀试验时间之间的定量关系模型,推导出利用电化学极化测试、配合金相组织分析,定量计算中性盐雾腐蚀等级为8级的时间公式:t8=Dn FρSc/(1.8×107AJaS1)+15。 The electrochemical test and neutral salt spray(NSS) test were used to evaluate the Q235 steel treated by multi- component gas permeation processes,and a quantitative relationship between the electrochemical parameters and the time of NSS test was established.Based on the electrochemical polarization test and microstructure analysis,the formula for quantitatively calculating the time of NSS test of the sample with the 8th grade corrosion was derived,which was t_8 =DnFpS_e/(1.8×10~7 AJ_nS_l) + 15.
