摘要
目前有关不锈钢高温氧化着色工艺及其成色机理的研究还鲜有报道。采用高温氧化法对SUS304不锈钢进行了着金黄色,并通过测试其颜色性能、耐磨性能及耐蚀性能,研究了温度对不锈钢表面着金黄色膜颜色和耐蚀性的影响,通过扫描电镜(SEM)以及X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析了其表面形貌及成分。结果表明:500℃氧化着色的不锈钢颜色和耐蚀性能最佳;着色后不锈钢表面生长出了一层均匀的氧化膜,氧化膜中Fe主要以Fe_2O_3、γ-Fe OOH以及Fe(OH)_3形式存在,Cr主要以Cr2O3、Cr O3、Cr O2形式存在,氧化膜中未发现Ni元素。
Golden colored oxide films were grown on SUS304 stainless steel samples by a high temperature oxidation method.The color properties,wear resistance and corrosion resistance were examined,and the surface morphology and chemical composition of the films were studied with scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Results showed that the color and corrosion of the colored films were the best under the oxidation temperature of 500℃,and a uniform layer of oxide film was formed on the stainless steel surface.Fe element in the oxide film existed in the form of Fe_2O_3,γ-FeOOH and Fe(OH)_3 while the Cr element existed in the form of Cr_2O_3,CrO_3,CrO_2.Besides,the element Ni was not found in the golden colored oxide films.
