摘要 介绍了牺牲阳极在电厂老旧循环水管道内壁防腐蚀改造中的应用实例。针对原有循环水管道内壁防腐蚀涂层脱落、管道内壁受到腐蚀等问题,对老旧管道内壁进行牺牲阳极的阴极保护设计,合理安排施工程序,严格控制施工步骤,完成了管道内壁阴极保护改造。循环水管道内壁阴极保护改造完成后,采用锌参比电极对管道内壁进行测量,整体保护电位低于0.25 V,整个老旧管道内壁得到良好的阴极保护。 The application of sacrificial anode on renovation of old recycling water pipe of power plant was introduced.In terms of falling off of the coating and the corrosion of the inner wall of the pipes,the protection of the inner wall pipe was realized by usage of sacrificial anode cathodic protection as well as reasonable construction procedure and strict quality and installation process.After the completion of the reformation,zinc reference electrode was applied to measure protection potential of inner wall of the pipe,and it was found that the overall protection potential was less than 0.25 V,which showed that good protection was fulfilled.
