银雀山汉简《守法》《守令》简文归属辨析

Ascription of Discrimination of the Contents of Bamboo Slips of Han Dynasty of Law-abidingand Order-abiding Unearthed from Yinque Mountain

在介绍和总结前辈学者在《守法》《守令》分篇研究方面取得成绩的基础上,指出学界在简768—775、简802—806的归属问题上存在严重分歧。并对这两组简文的归属进行重新辨析,认为简768—769、简802、简806属于《守法》《守令》,简770—775属于《库法》,简803—805尚无法确定归属。

The article introduces and surrmlarizes the research achievements about the division of Lawabiding and Order-abidingof previous scholars. It is pointed out that people hold different views about the ascription of Bamboos 768-775,bamboos 802-806. The article is about the writer＇s new differentiation and analysis of this question. The writer testifies that bamboo 768--769 and bamboo 802 and 806 belong to Lawabiding and Order-a- biding,bamboo 770-775 belong to Exchequer Law,but the ascription of bamboo 803-805 can＇t be determined at present.
