因检测需要,制定了实验室非标准方法"高效液相色谱法测定熟肉制品中罗丹明B的含量",按照测定方法和程序进行熟肉中罗丹明B的测定,对其不确定度进行分析和评估,并根据评估结果提出使用和改进本非标准方法的建议。
Non-standard laboratory method on determination of Rhodamine cooked meat with HPLC is developed for the detection. Acorrding to the determination methods and procedures, the content of Rhodamine cooked meat is determined. Uncertainty of measurement is analyzed and evaluated, suggestions based on the assessment results are proposed for applying and improving the non-standard method.
