摘要
[目的]探讨护理本科生心理自立及自主学习能力现状及二者之间的关系,为培养护生积极心理品质,提高其自主学习能力提供理论依据。[方法]采用一般资料问卷、大学生心理自立问卷、护理学生自主学习能力量表对847名护理本科生进行问卷调查。[结果]自主学习能力实际得分为69.28分±10.19分,得分最高和最低的维度分别为学习动机、计划和实施;护理本科生心理自立得分为75.58分±8.54分,其中得分最高和最低的维度分别是开放包容和自我坚信。护理本科生心理自立与自主学习能力得分呈正相关(r=0.467,P<0.01)。回归分析显示,心理自立中的目标管理、自我负责、自我做主、自我抚慰4个维度进入自主学习能力的回归方程(R2=0.264,P<0.001)。[结论]护理本科生心理自立及自主学习能力均处于中等水平,心理自立中目标管理、自我负责、自我做主、自我抚慰等特质对护生自主学习影响较大,提示护理教育者应注重培养护生该方面的心理品质,以提高其自主学习能力。
Objective:To explore the relationship between self-directed learning ability and mental self-supporting and to provide reference for educators in an attempt to improve undergraduate nursing students' positive psychological qualities and self-directed learning ability.Methods:A total of 847 nursing undergraduates were investigated by using Self-Directed Learning Instrument(SDLI)for Nursing Students and Mental Self-supporting Questionnaire of University students.Results:Undergraduate nursing students scored 69.28±10.19 points averagely in self-directed learning ability,and the dimensions of learning motivation(LM)and planning implementing(PI)got the highest and lowest score respectively.The total score of mental self-supporting was 75.58±8.54 points.A positive association was found between self-directed learning ability and mental self-supporting(r=0.467,P0.01).The regression analysis showed that students' goal management,self-responsibility,self-decision and self-consolation,played a significant role in students' self-directed learning ability(R2=0.264,P0.001).Conclusion:Undergraduate nursing students' abilities of self-directed learning and mental self-supporting were on medium level.The subscales of goal management,self-responsibility,self-decision and self-consolation have huge influence on self-directed learning ability.Nursing educators should make an effort in the above 4aspects so as to improve undergraduate nursing students' self-directed learning ability.
