摘要
利用AMESim的HCD库建立了单向阀的仿真模型,仿真得出单向阀的流量-时间、流量-压差动态特性曲线;对影响阀芯稳定性的因素进行了分析,而后对单向阀仿真模型进行了改进,改进后阀芯速度不稳定现象得到了明显改善,为单向阀的结构设计及参数优化提供了重要的依据。
Using the AMESim HCD library established the simulation model of Check valve,obtain the time and flow rate,flow rate- pressure differential dynamic characteristic curve.Analyses the factors affecting the stability of the valve core,and then the check valve simulation model was improved,valve spool speed instability phenomenon has been obviously improved,provides an important basis for check valve structure design and parameter optimization
