The Chemical and Volume Control System Debugging Experience Feedback of Unit No.4 of Qinshan Phasell Expansion Project

秦山二期扩建工程是在原有的秦山二期的基础上改进,主要由核岛部分和常规岛部分组成,核岛部分由若干个系统(主系统、辅助系统和专设安全系统)构成。主要介绍了核岛最重要的辅助系统RCV系统的功能和系统组成,对其4号机组RCV系统的安装调试过程中遇到的几个典型的实际问题进行了分析,给出解决方案,最后结合系统调试的特点为后续运行提出了一些建议。

Qinshan Phase Ⅱ expansion project was improved from Qinshan Phase Ⅱ project,composed of nuclear island and conventional island.Nuclear island was composed of several systems（main system,auxiliary system,engineering safety system）.This paper mainly introduces the function and composition of chemical and volume control system（RCV）,and several typical practical problems during commissioning phase.Solutions are given and the according to characteristics of the commissioning system for the follow-up operation summary of suggestions.
