三菱PLC在工业双泵液压站智能控制中的应用

工业双泵液压站由变量叶片泵和定量柱塞泵组成,可以方便为液压系统提供中、高压液压油,满足液压装置调速的需要。本文探讨利用三菱FX3U-32MR PLC实现对此类液压站的液位、温度、过滤、冷却、多级调压进行过程实时监控和智能控制,使其适应新型工业的发展。

Industrial double hydraulic pump station is composed of variable vane pump and a quantitative plunger pump,can be convenient for the hydraulic system to provide,high-pressure hydraulic oil,to meet the needs of the hydraulic speed regulating device.In this paper,using Mitsubishi FX3U-32 MR PLC on this kind of hydraulic station level,temperature cooling,filtering,and multistage adjustable pressure for real-time process monitoring and intelligent control,adapt to the development of new industries.
