钢质船舶薄板成型加工中的质量控制策略探究

Research on Quality Control Strategy in the Forming Process of Steel Ship Plate

随着经济的发展和技术的进步,造船技术也有了飞跃性的发展,为了提高船舶运行的速度,需要在建造船舶的过程中有效的减小船舶的重量,因此,高强度钢和薄板在造船业中得到了广泛的应用。本文从薄板的结构特点出发,分析了钢料的加工、分段建造和合拢等薄板成型质量控制的内容,希望对促进薄板在造船业中的应用有所帮助。

With the progress of the development of economy and technology,shipbuilding technology also has the leap in the development,in order to improve the operation of the ship speed and need to in the process of shipbuilding effectively reduce ship weight.Therefore,high strength steel and sheet in the shipbuilding industry has been widely used.In this paper,the structural characteristics of the sheet,analyzes the processing of steel material,block construction and closure,and so on sheet metal forming quality control of content,I hope will be helpful to promote the application of thin plate in the shipbuilding industry.
