摘要
针对某数控化改造磨床加工精度不稳定,本文提出通过雷尼绍激光干涉仪等仪器对引起加工误差的各种因素进行测量分析,找出导致加工工件尺寸不稳定的原因,进而采取有效措施降低对磨床加工精度的影响的方法。
Aiming at the instability of machining accuracy for a CNC reformed grinding machine,This paper introduces a method of reduce the influencing factor which can cause the machining accuracy,though measure and analysis the factors by the professional lasers and so on.
