摘要
CAD和CAM的广泛应用已成为模具企业普遍应用的技术。通过Pro/E三维造型功能中的零件模块对汽车轮毂进行了三维实体造型,利用Pro/E的模具模块对汽车轮毂造型进行了模具设计,生成相关的机构及部件,并实现了模拟开模过程。从而保证了零件设计和模具设计的质量,确保了设计和工艺的合理性,有利于缩短设计周期,提高了产品和模具的准确率和生产效率。
The wide application of CAD and CAM has become the common technology of mould enterprise.Using the part and mold module of Pro/E for the modeling design of Automobile wheel hub,to produce the relevant bodies and parts,and the realization of the simulation process of opening-mode.Ensure the quality of part and mold design,the reasonableness of design and technology,shorten the design cycle and improve the accuracy and production efficiency of products and moulds.
