摘要
本文对加工中心类夹具进行有限元变形分析;建立了加工中心夹具的三维模型;详细阐述了夹具夹装变形的分析过程,包括接触类型分析、网格划分及约束条件等;以具体加工中心工装夹具为实例进行了分析和验证。为实现工装夹具的优化设计提出了一种新的思路,为保证装夹质量提供数据支持。
In this paper,the finite element analysis of deformation for machining center fixture is carried on.The three-dimensional model of the machining center fixture is established;fixture clamping deformation analysis process is described in detail in the paper,including contact type analysis,grid partitioning and constraint conditions;Taking the concrete machining center fixture as an example,the analysis and verification are carried out.In order to provide a new idea for the optimization design of fixture,the data support is provided to guarantee the quality.
