摘要
对酸性氯化物镀锌电镀液中氯化锌、硼酸及氯化钾三种主要成分制订了快速在线分析工艺。使用一种快速分析测试盒代替传统的分析程序,该分析测试盒中集分析所需试剂和器皿于一体。将传统的酸性镀锌电镀液中主要成分的分析用一种便捷的、容易掌握的新型的测定技术来取代,环保、经济、高效、安全、使用方便,对中小型电镀企业具有实用价值。
The main components in an acidic chloride plating zinc solution were analyzed,with a rapid online analysis process for zinc chloride,boracic acid and potassium chloride. Specifically,a rapid test kit was adopted instead of the traditional analysis technology determine the components. The test kit which can integrate analysis required reagents and vessels has advantages including environmental friendly,economy,efficiency,safety and facile. It will use a more convenient and advanced test technology to replace the traditional method. The technology has more practical application for small to medium electroplating enterprises.
