基于AEMSim的某重型AT电液调压阀仿真分析

摘要 在分析某重型AT电液调压阀结构原理的基础上,分别建立换挡电磁阀和双边节流滑阀的仿真模型并进行了仿真验证,进而建立了电液调压阀的仿真模型。根据试验结果对所建立的电液调压阀进行了仿真验证。仿真结果验证了理论分析和建模方法的正确性,为某重型AT的进一步研究奠定了基础。 On the basis of the analysis of heavy AT hydraulic control system, the simulation model of shifting solenoid valve and slide valve were established and verified. The simulation model of electro hydraulic surge valve was established. Taking the process of second gear upshifts to third gear as an example, AT shift process was simulated and verified. The results showed that the correctness of theoretical analysis and modeling method was verified, laying the foundation for the further development of heavy AT.
