洒水车作业时动力不足原因分析与解决措施

摘要 针对洒水车满载作业时爬坡动力不足及取力器频繁损坏等系列问题,对其进行了原因分析和理论计算,最终通过对水压系统加装溢流阀,使水泵工作扬程满足额定扬程要求范围之内,车辆作业时取力器输出功率在水泵的额定功率要求范围之内,从而保证了车辆作业时出勤率。 Aiming at series of problems such as insufficient climbing power, frequent damage of power takeoff, etc. during full-load operation of sprinkler, the reason is analyzed and theoretical calculation is made for such problems to finally realize that water pump work lift is no greater than the rated lift when an overflow valve is added at the water pressure system; during sprinkler operation, power takeoff has the output power not greater than the rated power of the water pump. In this way, insufficient power, frequent damage of power takeoff and other series of problems are effectively solved and the sprinkler operation and attendance rate are guaranteed.
