现如今随着社会经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,人们不再简单地满足于温饱,越来越多的人开始追求精神层面的消费。休闲旅游逐渐得到人们的青睐,但是休闲旅游指导员的缺失,以及休闲旅游指导员综合素质不高,限制了休闲旅游市场的发展,使休闲旅游市场无法得到快速发展。因此,在新形势下,如何扩充休闲旅游专业人才,使他们全方位掌握专业知识结构成为了当务之急。在深入了解休闲旅游市场专业人才的基本情况后,笔者提出了具体的教育培养方法。
