摘要
介绍了变频器"一拖四"控制方案在长输输油管道中的应用。结合实际工程,深入研究了该控制方案的实施情况,详细阐述了站控系统、变频控制系统和现场设备之间的相互联系,并分析了如何通过PID调节实现该控制方案的平稳运行。针对该方案存在的问题提出了具体的优化方法,进一步提高了该方案的控制水平。该方案的成功应用对长输输油管道变频器"一拖N"的工程设计及项目应用都具有一定的指导意义。
Application of inverter "One-to-Four" control solution in long distance oil transportation pipeline is described. Combing practical engineering, the implementation of inverter "One-to-Four" control solution is studied deeply. The interrelation among station control system, inverter control system and field devices is elaborated in detail. How to achieve smooth running for the inverter "One-to-Four" control solution is evaluated through PID regulation. Detailed optimization is proposed aiming at the existing problems of the solution to further improve the control. Successful application of inverter "One-to-Four" control solution has great significance for "One-to-N" control solution of engineering and construction.
