摘要 罗茨流量计转子的型线是保证流量计计量精度的重要基础,对传统的三种转子型线进行了公式推导。在已知基圆半径和长轴长度的基础上,借助Solidworks软件进行建模,针对转子性能的重要指标径距比、面积利用率和最小间隙对三种转子型线进行了对比分析。通过分析可知,摆线型转子在面积利用率方面具有一定的优势,但在工作过程中会产生干涉现象;渐开线型转子的面积利用率较低,但最小间隙波动幅度较小。在实际的转子型线设计过程中可结合上述传统型线的优势进行改进。 Rotor profile is the important base for Roots flowmeter to guarantee the metering precision of flowmeter. Formula derivation for three kinds of traditional rotor profiles is conducted. Modeling is constructed with Solidworks software with the knowledge of radius of basic circle and length of long axis. Focusing on important index of radius to length, area coefficient of utilization and minimum gap, analysis of three kinds of rotor profiles is conducted with comparison. It is concluded that cycloid rotor shows some advantages on area utilization with generating interference phenomenon during working. The area utilization of involute rotor is low with minimal gap fluctuating range. It can be improved with combination of advantages of above mentioned conventional rotor profiles during rotor profile design.
