少儿对街镇图书馆的使用与认知调查研究

Investigation on Usage and Cognition of Children to the Library in the Street and Town

街镇图书馆是最贴近民众的基层图书馆。对广州市10个街镇图书馆所在街镇的少儿读者和潜在少儿读者进行问卷调查发现,街镇图书馆在一定程度上满足了少儿读者群体对公共学习、群体学习的诉求,但存在开馆时间与少儿读者作息时间不对应、少儿读者对读者活动尤为失望、面向少儿读者的文献资源匮乏等问题。潜在少儿读者由于较常使用移动设备进行信息获取、家里和学校已满足自身对图书报刊的信息需求以及交通不便等原因不使用街镇图书馆。扩展街镇图书馆功能、丰富少儿文献信息资源、配备充足的专业化工作人员是改善街镇图书馆运作的主要措施。

Library in the street and town as the local library is the most close to people. A questionnaire survey to children readers and potential children readers in 10 library in the street and town in Guangzhou shows that library in the street and town meets the demand of public learning and group learning to children readers in some degrees, but openning hours of library in the street and town does not correspond to children readers＇ rising time, children readers are particularly disappointed to readers activities, literature resources are scarce to children readers. Because potential children readers always use mobile device access to information, the demand of books and magazines can be satisfied at home ant at school and inconvenience traffic, they do not use library in the street and town, extending library in the street and town function, enriching children＇s literature information resources and equipping adequate professional staffs are the main measures to improve the operation of library in the street and town.
