论我国法官选任制度的完善--以审判中心主义为视角

On the Improvement of Judge Selection System in China——From the Perspective of the Trial Center

法官的选任是法官职业化的基础。当前我国还没有建立起完善的法官选任制度,实践中存在法官选任程序不科学、候补法官选任模式行政化、法官任命随意化等问题。当务之急是要在考虑我国国情的前提下建立科学合理的法官选任制度。

The selection of judges is the basis of the judge occupation. A perfect judge selection system has not been established currently. The judge selection procedure is not scientific. The administrative trend for the alternate judge selection and judge appointment arbitrarily in practice still exist. Now a task of top priority is to establish a scientific and reasonable system of judge premise in consideration of China＇s situation.
