摘要
高职院校教师下企业顶岗实践既是提高教学质量的需要，也是高等教育服务于社会的必然要求，但当前教师对下企业实践缺乏认识，顶岗实践缺乏完善的制度体系支持。应通过建立完善的激励机制，搭建双赢平台，提高企业参与积极性等措施，激励教师下企业顶岗实践。
Enterprise post practice meets the need to improve the teaching quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges. It satisfies the requirement that higher education serves the society. However, teachers lack of awareness of post practice. What＇s more, institutional system hasn＇t been established to support post practice. This study tries to take some measures like establishing incentive mechanism, building a win-win platform, and encouraging initiative of enterprises participation to promote enterprise post practice.
