存续和再生——以天津滨海新区老旧社区公园为例

Preservation,Renovation and Revitalization——A Case Study of the Old Community Parks of Tianjin Binhai New Area

社区公园从社会、行为、物质空间、生态等维度上已成为社区的重要财富。论文在认知和实践层面上对城市老旧社区公园环境景观的存续和再生做了深度探讨,特别是从天津滨海新区老旧社区公园的实地调查切入,分析了社区公园周边环境的变化,归纳了现存主要问题,提出了在新常态下老旧社区公园的更新途径,探讨了老旧社区公园升级改善的原则,为今后社区公园的建设提供借鉴。

From the social, behavioral, physical space and ecological dimensions, community parks are becoming the important wealth ofa community. This article discusses the preservation, renovation and revitalization ofthe old community parks. Taking Tianjin Binhai new area＇s old community parks as examples, it analyzes the environmental change around the old community parks in recent years, locates the existing main problems of the parks, proposes the renewal process for old community parks in the new normal of habitat environment, discusses the transformation and upgrading principles and methods of old community parks. The study will provide reference for the construction of community parks in the future.
