摘要
本文通过对武汉市硚口区三旧改造规划的分析研究,提出只有自上而下与自下而上相结合,不断创新城市更新规划思路与方法,加强城市更新规划与法定规划的有效衔接,注重经济测算、文脉延续与公共利益的平衡,才能推动武汉市城市更新改造走上集约、高效的内涵式发展之路。
in this paper, through the analysis and research of the three old renovation planning of Wuhan City Qiaokou, the combination of only a top-down and bottom-up, we city innovation update planning ideas and methods, strengthen urban renewal planning and the statutory planning and effective convergence, pay attention to the balance of economic calculation, continuation of the context and the public interest, in order to promote the Wuhan city urban renewal embarked on intensive, efficient the connotative development road.
