摘要
企业家精神概念有狭义和广义之分,狭义的企业家精神是财富欲望下的特殊精神气质;广义的企业家精神则将企业家的才能、行为和活动作为企业家精神的有机构成。企业家精神概念的广义化是经济分析的需要造成的,具有非合理性。应视企业家精神和企业家才能为企业家人力资本的两大内涵要素,用企业家人力资本概念取代企业家精神概念,成为分析企业家问题的归宿点。
Entrepreneurship can be defined from two dimensions. In the narrow sense,entrepreneurship is a special spirit coming from the desire of wealth,while entrepreneurial competence,behavior and activity are involved in the generalized entrepreneurship. The generalization of the concept of entrepreneurship is the need of economic analysis,which is not reasonable. Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial competence both belong to entrepreneur human capital. Entrepreneur human capital,instead of entrepreneurship,will be widely used to do analysis about entrepreneurs＇ problems.
