摘要
在高等教育领域,高职院校各项办学条件处于劣势,要想在竞争中占有一席之地就必须在人力资源管理方面进行改革探索,最大程度的挖掘现有人力资源的潜能,为学校发展服务。本文通过分析高职院校人力资源管理现状,结合外部环境以及自身特点,提出了高职院校人力资源管理改进的思路。
In the field of higher education,the school conditions of higher vocational colleges are at a disadvantage. If higher vocational colleges want to occupy a place in the competition,they must reform and explore in the aspect of human resources management,and tap the potentials of existing human resources to the greatest degree for the development of the school. By analyzing the current situation of human resources management in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the ideas of improving human resources management in higher vocational colleges,combining with the external environment and its own characteristics.
