摘要 用两步法制备新型离子液体溴化1-间硝基苄基-咪唑盐,应用于丙二酸二乙酯和α,β-不饱和化合物的Michael加成反应;讨论了可能的反应机理及催化体系和反应底物的适用性;最后,从温度控制、稳定性、催化剂用量等方面综合考虑,较优反应条件为:温度60℃,离子液体用量15%(对反应液总体积),Michael加成反应的收率最高可达90%。 A novel ionic liquid of 1-m-nitrobenzyl-midazolium bromide was developed by two-step method, which was used as a catalyst for Michael addition reaction of diethyl malonate andα,β-unsaturated compound. The possible catalytic mechanism and applicability of catalytic system and reaction substrate was discussed. The effects of reaction temperature, stability and catalyst dosage on the yield were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: temperature 60 ℃, the dosage of ionic liquid 15%(on the volume of reaction solution), and the yield of Michael addition reaction could reach 90%.
