摘要
以甲醇为萃取剂,超声波辅助萃取纺织材料中的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。用制备的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯人工全抗原免疫Balb/c小鼠,生成特异性抗体,建立了一种可检测样品中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的固相抗原竞争ELISA方法。试剂盒的灵敏度为1.64μg/L,对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的回收率为91.2%~94.7%,变异系数小于10%。可用于纺织材料中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯质量浓度的日常监管。
Dibutyl phthalate in textiles were extracted with methanol as extracting agent and assisted by ultrasound during the extraction process. Using the dibutyl phthalate artificial antigen to immunize Balb/c mice to generate specific antibodies, a solid-phase antigen competitive ELISA method was established which can be used to examine dibutyl phthalate in samples. Kit sensitivity was 1.64μg/L, the DBP recovery rate was91.2%~94.7%, coefficient of variation was less than 10%. The rapid test method can be used for the daily supervision of dibutyl phthalate content in textiles.
