摘要 野兔热又被称为兔土拉杆菌病等,是家兔、人及其他动物共患病之一。病畜以体温升高,淋巴结肿大、脾和其他内脏点状坏死变化为特征,主要通过排泄物污染饲草、饮水、用具以及吸血节肢动物等媒介传播。该病在皮毛兽和绵羊中发生流行可引起死亡和产毛量的降低而带来巨大的经济损失。文中从病原学、流行特点、临床症状、病理变化、监测与诊断等方面对野兔热进行了详细阐述,并针对其流行特点提出了综合防控措施,旨在为今后该病的全面防控提供参考。 Tularemia, also known as rabbit Francisella tularensis disease, was one of the diseases contracted by rabbit, human and other animals. Sick animals were characterized by the changes of fever, lymph nodes enlargement, spotty necrosis of spleen and other internal organs, and that disease was spread mainly through forage, water, utensils which were contaminated by excretion and blood-sucking arthropods and other media. The disease occurred in fur animals and sheep could cause death and wool yield reduction, bring huge economic losses. The etiology, epidemic characteristics, clinical symptoms, pathological changes, the monitoring and diagnosis of tularemia were elaborated in detail, and the comprehensive prevention and control measures were put forward for its prevalence, designing to provide a reference for the comprehensive prevention and control of the disease in the future.
