中药提取蒸汽凝结水及潜热回收利用系统研究

摘要 针对目前药厂主要热源为外供蒸汽,蒸汽凝结水无法作为锅炉补水重复利用的实际情况,结合济川药业中药提取生产工艺,提出了蒸汽凝结水及其潜热回收利用系统,该系统不仅充分利用了蒸汽凝结水的热量,还回收利用了经换热冷却的蒸汽凝结软水,达到了节能环保的效果。 Since main heat source is external supply of steam in most pharmaceutical enterprises and the water cann't be used as additional water of boiler, this paper proposes a steam condensate latent heat and water recycling system which not only take full advantage of the heat of the steam condensing water, but also recycle the cooled vapor condenses soft water and achieve energy conservation environmental protection effect based on our traditional chinese medicine extraction production process.
