Ganoderma polysaccharides（GP）,which has a variety of pharmacological activities, is one of the effective components of ganodorma lucidum. The research of GP is of great significance and be paid more and more attention. This article summarized the recent progress on the method of the extraction, isolation and analysis of GP, which can offer the study of GP more references.
