摘要
广东省作为2008年高职院校人才培养工作评估新方案的试点省份,其在评估制度发展轨迹和优化方面的探索经验,对全国评估制度的改革和发展具有积极意义。通过分析广东省"十二五"前后两个时期人才培养工作评估制度的规范性文件及执行机制的演变,归纳评估制度在评估理念、评估目标、制度取向、评估规则、工具使用、政策语言方面的发展轨迹,提出引导高职院校正确理性看待评估、以"创新强校工程"为契机、以数据采集平台为抓手、以质量工程项目为载体、建立现代职业教育专业课程标准等策略。
As a pilot province for the new programs of higher vocational talents training job evaluation in 2008,Guangdong has a positive meaning for the reform and development of the national assessment system in terms of its development track and optimization of assessment system. By analyzing the evolution of normative documents and enforcement mechanisms of talents training job evaluation system in Guangdong during two periods before and after the "Twelfth Five-year",this article concludes the development track of evaluation conception,evaluation target,institutional orientation,evaluation rule,tool-using and policy language,puts forward strategies such as guiding higher vocational colleges to treat evaluate assessment ratinally and correctly,taking the project of strengthening university with innovation.
