摘要 解放战争时期,毛泽东统筹全局、决胜千里的军事天才发挥到极致。他不仅正确地部署了辽沈、淮海、平津三大战役的先后次序,制定了三大战役各自不同的作战方针与战役重心,而且注意了三大战役之间的相互协同与相互衔接。这一时期也是毛泽东民主精神发扬得最好,既能虚心采纳下属的正确意见与建议,更能够从亿万人民群众中吸取无穷无尽的支持、智慧与力量。同时,他也非常善于运用战与和的两种手段,充分发挥革命统一战线的作用,因而迅速地取得了人民解放战争的伟大胜利。毛泽东统筹决胜的战略思想,对我们今天坚持以统筹兼顾为根本方法的科学发展观,仍具有极为重要的指导意义与启迪作用。 During the War of Liberation, Mao Zedong's military genius of commanding the whole scene and gaining a decisive victory a thousand miles away was used to an extreme. He not only correctly deployed the order of the three battles of Liao-Shen, Huai-Hai,Tianjin-Beijing, established different operational guidelines and center of the three big battles, but also payed great attention to the synergies and mutual coordination between the three big battles. This was the period when Mao Zedong could not only carry out best his democratic spirit, adopt modestly correct opinions and suggestions of the subordinates, but also learn a lot from thousands upon thousands of people and draw endless support, wisdom, and strength from them. At the meantime, he was also very good at using the two means of war and peace, giving full play to the role of the revolutionary united front, and achieved quickly the great victory of the People's Liberation War. The strategic thought of Mao Zedong's overall runoff today still has, for us to adhere to the scientific outlook on the development of China with overall consideration as its fundamental method, the extremely important guiding significance and practical enlightenment function.
