摘要
在高职医学院校妇产科双师素质胜任力模型的引领下,为了缩短人才培养周期,帮助普通教师尽快成为双师型教师,课题组以妇产科为研究基础,探索出了高职医学院校妇产科双师型教师师带徒133模式,基于校本培训视角,在教师专业发展和教学团队建设上,都有重要意义。
Driven by the double-qualified-teacher mode and based on the professional training of this college, the 133-mentoring mode of double-qualified teacher in gynemetrics of higher vocational school of medicine is explored to help ordinary teachers to become double-qualified ones in a very short time, which plays an important role in developing teachers' major and teaching group.
