随着我国经济的快速发展,全民健身运动普遍开展,仡佬族传统体育的挖掘和整理工作更具现实性和时代性,既传承了中国的传统文化,又适应当今时代的需要。在挖掘和整理的过程中既要注重社会经济、文化教育和健身娱乐性的价值,又要遵循突出民族特色、坚持"扬弃"、与世界接轨的原则。

With the rapid development of China＇s economy, nation-wide fitness program has been carried out; therefore, it is of significance to look at the traditional PE of Gelao minority, in the process of which traditional Chinese culture is inherited, meeting the needs of modern times. In the course of investigation, the values on economy, culture and fitness should be stressed, and the principles of highlighting national distinctiveness, and sticking to＂sublation＂and being geared to the world should be observed.
