摘要
目的对一起食物中毒事件开展现场流行病学调查,查明导致此次事件的致病因子、传播途径和感染来源,提出针对性预防控制措施建议。方法采用流行病学方法调查事件总体情况、临床特征及三间分布,分析可疑食品或可疑餐次与发病的关联性,开展溯源调查。结果患者临床症状是腹泻、腹痛、发热。潜伏期中位数为27.5 h。66名病例最早的唯一共同就餐时间为2015年5月4日中餐。实验室检测结果显示10名病人便标本、4名食堂从业人员便标本及2件外环境涂抹标本中检出鼠伤寒沙门氏菌,经PFGE图谱同源性比对分析,带型一致。结论该事件为一起由某公司5月4日提供的中餐导致的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌食物中毒。
Objective To analyze pathogenic factor,route of transmission and source of infection of a food poisoning,find out the cause of the incident,and put forward targeted prevention and control measures. Methods Epidemiological method was used to understand events,overall situation,the clinical features and epidemiological distribution between analysis suspicious food or suspicious meal time. Results The cases showed the same clinical symptoms such as diarrhea,abdominal pain and fever. Median incubation period was 27. 5h. 66 cases had common dining time was on lunch on May 4,laboratory testing results show that the 10 patients specimen, four canteen workers and 2 pieces of external environment detection of salmonella typhimurium in the specimen. The PFGE map homology comparison analysis,belt type. Conclusion The reason of employees poisoning was due to the lunch contaminated bysalmonella typhimurium provided by the company on May 4.
