快速康复外科对腹腔镜结直肠肿瘤患者围术期临床指标及生活质量的影响

Effect of FTS on perioperative clinical parameters and life quality of patients with laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer

目的:探讨快速康复外科(FTS)护理理念在腹腔镜结直肠肿瘤患者围术期中的应用效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:将88例腹腔镜结直肠肿瘤手术患者按照双盲法随机分为对照组和干预组各44例,对照组行常规围术期护理,干预组以FTS理念为依据进行围术期护理干预。结果:干预组排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及并发症发生率均少于对照组(P<0.05),术后2、4、12、24周生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对结直肠肿瘤患者围术期行FTS护理干预,能显著改善患者各项临床指标,并提高患者生活质量和改善预后,该护理模式值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the application effect of fast track surgery（ FTS） on perioperative clinical parameters and life quality of patients with laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer. Methods： 88 patients with laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group（ 44 cases in each group） according to the double- blind method. The conventional perioperative nursing care was taken in the control group and the perioperative nursing intervention in the light of FTS concept was implemented in the intervention group. Results： The postoperative exhaust time,eating time,ambulation time,hospitalization time and incidence of complications was earlier,shorter and less in the intervention group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the scores of life quality were significantly higher in the intervention group than the control group after 2,4,12 and 24 weeks of operation（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The FTS nursing intervention in the perioperative period can significantly improve clinical parameters,the quality of life and prognosis of the patients with laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer.
