摘要
小学生的自制力比较差,给班主任工作带来了一定的困难。该文结合小学班主任工作中存在的问题,提出了几点应对措施,以与广大同仁共勉,共同提高管理水平。
Elementary student＇s self-control is poorer, brought certain difficulties to the teacher in charge work. In this paper, combined with the problems existing in the primary school teacher in charge work, puts forward some countermeasures, in order to share with colleagues, jointly improve the management level.
