摘要 应用SFA模型测算辽宁省各地级市的能源效率,应用洛伦兹曲线、基尼系数、泰尔指数和崔王指数从整体与局部两个层面对辽宁省能源效率的非均衡性和极化特征进行分析研究,应用核密度估计和分层聚类法从时间与空间维度对辽宁省能源效率演变轨迹进行直观展示。研究结果显示:12000—2014年辽宁省能源对经济增长的回归系数为0.129,表明能源消耗每增长1%,经济产出增长12.9%,中部六个能源大省为0.046,与辽宁省相比高0.083。2辽宁省能源效率存在明显的由沈阳—大连为轴向东西两侧递减的地带性差异,全省能源效率分布格局相对稳定。3从整体层面而论,辽宁省能源消费状况得到很大改善,能源空间配置向均衡性方向发展。从局部层面而论,辽宁省各市之间的能源效率差异不断缩小,能源效率发展演变过程中的空间分化现象不明显。4辽宁省14个地级市中高能源效率城市比重增大,各市的能源效率在近15年得到大幅度提高,又以能源效率处于中低等层次的城市变化最明显。5各市能源效率依据变化程度可划分为三类:高等层次,包括沈阳、大连和鞍山三市;中等层次,包括抚顺、本溪和丹东等十市;低等层次,只有阜新一市。 This paper applied the SFA model to evaluate the energy efficiency of each city in Liaoning Province. From the whole aspect, Lorenz curve was applied to analyze the unbalance of energy efficiency. From the local aspect, Gini coefficient, Theil index, and Tsui - Wang index were applied to research polarization characteristics in Liaoning Province. From the time and space dimensions, used kernel density estimation and hierarchical clustering method to demonstrat the energy efficiency in Liaoning Province. The results showed that:1 Energy to economic growth of Liaoning Province (2000- 2014) regression coefficient was 0. 129, indicating that energy consumption eached 1% growth, economic output would increase by 12.9 % , comparing with energy to economic growth of the central six energy provinces regression coefficient 0.046, higher than 0.083. 2Energy efficiency existed obvious differences between different cities in Liaoning Province, by linking the decreasing trend along the axial of Shenyang and Dalian to both sides. Besides, the provincial energy efficiency distribution pattern was relatively stable. 3On the whole, the energy consumption of Liaoning Province was greatly improved, and the energy space distribution was more balanced. From the local level, the energy efficiency difference between cities was continuously reduced, and the spatial differentiation was not obvious in Liaoning Province. 4The proportion of high energy efficiency in the 14 cities of Liaoning Province was increasing, energy efficiency was greatly improved in the last 15 years, especially in the middle and lower levels. 5Energy efficiency of the cities could be divided into three categories, the high level, including Shenyang, Dalian and Anshan three cities, the middle level, including Fushun, Benxi, Dandong and other ten cities, the low level, only one city in Fuxin.
