摘要
教师以育人为根本,其职业文化在硬件设施、管理制度与精神理念方面具有独特的文化内涵。现行的教师职业培养体制、课程的实践取向与准入制度不利于教师职业文化内化与塑造,需要在认清教师职业本质的基础上,通过形成正确的价值取向,完善教师培养机构标准和调整教师准入制度方式,重建教师职业文化。
Teachers' profession has a unique cultural connotation in hardware facilities,management system and spiritual concept,because we regard educating people as teachers' fundamental.Current teacher professional training system,curriculum practice orientation and access system is not conducive to the culture of teachers profession internalization and shape,so we need improve the teacher training agency standard and adjust the access system,based on formation of the correct value orientation through understanding the essence of teachers' profession,therefore we reconstruct teacher professional culture.
