摘要
将学校建设成为学习共同体和所有人的学习社区,是当前学校管理与改进中的重要内容,在此过程中,校长的教学领导力是至关重要的因素。本文将集中分析校长教学领导力的本质,并从构建共同学习的愿景、形成协同合作的文化、促进教师专业的共同成长以及推动教师成为教学领导者等方面阐释校长将学校建构为所有人的学习社区而创设一个学习共同体过程中的教学领导角色。
This study focused on principals understanding the relationship between their daily work and how this improves teaching in their schools.In order to build a learning community for all students,the principal,the main instructional leader,needs to act as a facilitator of teacher growth.The study shows when a principal promotes a coordinated,open,supportive school culture for quality teaching and learning,this improves the professional development of teachers,and creates a supportive work environment promoting teacher leadership and student outcomes.
