摘要
空间数据作为国家的战略性信息资源,具有巨大的应用空间和应用价值。目前我国的空间数据应用还存在应用服务体系不完善,数据共享共用程度低,缺乏一站式的数据专业化和综合化处理及服务,规模化应用的深度和广度不够等问题。本文基于云计算技术,提出了分布式和分层次的空间信息云服务平台架构,对该平台的结构、功能、服务组成和工作流程等进行了阐述,并基于该平台描述了"一带一路"物流信息体系的总体设想。通过该平台的搭建,目的在于打通空间数据集成、处理、分发、应用的全链路,提升空间数据的应用服务能力,促进空间信息应用服务产业链的形成。
As national strategic information resources,spatial data has a huge application space. However,there are many problems in the spatial data application of our country. For example,the imperfection of the application architecture; the low degree of data sharing; the lack of＂one stop＂professional and integrated data processing and service; the insufficient of large scale application. Based on Cloud Computing technology,we proposed an architecture of spatial information cloud service platform and demonstrated the composition,function,service structure and work flow. In addition,we also describe the conceive of ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂logistics information architecture based on the proposed platform. The purpose of the platform is to activate the channels of spatial data integration,processing,distribution and application as well as promote to form the industry chain of spatial information application and service.
