基于光纤位移传感器的曲面零件随动系统

摘要 设计了一款以光纤位移传感器为采集装置的新型曲面零件随动系统,并对步进电机进行了模糊PID控制。系统以三菱PLC为控制系统载体,以顾美MT系列触摸屏为人机界面,以步进电机为动力输出模块,实现了曲面零件表面轮廓的随动运动。MATLAB/simulink仿真实验结果表明,相对于常规PID控制,模糊PID控制能有效减少步进电机的失步和震荡,提高了系统的响应速度和稳定性。该系统具有成本低廉、人机交互便利和拓展性强等特点。 This paper designed a new type of curved surface parts servo system,which used the optical fiber displacement sensor as its collecting device. Using Mitsubishi PLC as the control carrier, using MT series touch screen as human-computer interface, and using stepper motor as the power output module, the system realized servo motion of the curved parts' surface profile. The MATLAB/simulink simulated experiments showed that the fuzzy PID control could more effectively reduce stepper motor 's out-of-step and shock and further improved the response speed and stability of the system than the conventional PID control. The system had the performances as low cost, convenient man-machine interaction and strong expansibility, etc.
