摘要
分析了食品微生物学实验教学中存在的问题,对实验过程进行了"三段化"划分,并提出了相关的要求。构建了实验过程"三段化"教学模式,提高了学生的实践能力和综合素质,培养了学生的创新意识,取得了较为理想的实验教学效果。
The problems existing in food microbiology experiment teaching were analyzed. The experiment procedure was divided into three stages and relevant requirements were put forward. Teaching mode of the "three stages" for food microbiology experiment was set up.It has greatly improved the students' practical ability and comprehensive quality and also cultivated their innovation consciousness.Ideal experimental teaching effect has been achieved.
